  My family and I love Pizza Express but sadly today they didn't meet their usual high standards. They are trying to squeeze too many tables into the limited space and today it resulted in two waiters colliding and successfully managing to spill several bottles of Diet Coke over my 3-year old daughter. All over her face, in her eyes and on her clothing. Although the waiters were apologetic, our waiter was abrupt and not as well mannered as we have become accustomed too in the various chains we are regulars at. We didnt feel welcome to the point it seemed we were being hurried by the waiter who kept asking if my daughter had finished. The manager did not come and apologise nor did we receive any recompense for their poor service albeit accidental. My daughter is now saying she doesn't want to visit Pizza Express again and after the service today I have to agree with her.

  My daughter had her 9th Birthday party at Touchwood and had an amazing time - the host Charlotte, was fantastic, so good with the girls and made it really enjoyable for them! They loved making their own pizza's and all looked very professional :-) I would highly recommend having your child's party there - thank you so much. Julia, Steve & Emilie

  Excellent staff. Really nice, relaxed atmosphere. Pizzas aren't all that. The best place to go for a dessert.
