  Went in today 20/12/16 with my boyfriend the place was pretty dead and there was 5 members of staff behind the till. The girl that served me a serious attitude and didn't smile once (great customer service) there was two customers in front of us and we all waited 5 minutes for our drinks even though there was 4 other girls just trying to look busy, I work in a Starbucks so believe me I know how it looks, received both of our drinks on a tray which was wet and had four dirty plates on there I complained about the cleanliness of the plates and also the cutlery received a dirty look and it was changed. Also the girls had left all their dirty things behind the unused till, didn't look good. We sat down after removing 3 trays from one table as every table had cups and plates on there. Service was terrible and the place looked like a bomb had hit it. Won't be returning! Sticking to Starbucks from now on

  Excellent service by all the staff and excellent variety of drinks.
  All of the staff are polite and always smiling and may I say after a hard day when you walk in the door and you see Megan, Vicky and Charlotte and they always have a big smile and a nice polite greeting for you then it makes every visit to this store well worth while. Keep up the excellent work and may their smiles and greetings always continue.
