  Staff wouldn't match the price on the app. They did comedown 30£ but were still 10£ over the app advertised price of 205£
  
  I couldn't BELIEVE how small a room I got in an IBIS. I was convinced they had assigned me a budget room instead.
  Further:
  No paper tissues in the bathroom,
  no waist basket in the room
  Bathroom very cheaply done like a super cheap budget hotel of 35£ a night.
  Not even a proper comfortable chair to sit on.
  
  For 250€ a night I expected more.

  Check in was smooth, despite the numbers checking in, rooms efficient and functional, with good comfortable beds. The Shower was fantastic, best feature by a mile. We equipped comfort, and above all quiet. You would bot think you were at a central airport hotel, nil external noise and similarly internal corridor noises.
